Yes. We offer standard diameters (Ø45mm, Ø70mm, Ø100mm) and fully customizable lengths. Optics (louvers, honeycomb, opal diffusers), finishes (RAL colors, metallic), and internal structures can all be tailored to your specifications.
What is the typical lead time for custom production?
Standard sample lead time is 7–10 working days. Mass production or project batch orders typically take 15–25 days, depending on customization complexity and quantity.
Do you provide IES/LDT files and CAD drawings for Dialux simulations?
Yes. We provide complete photometric files (.IES / .LDT) for Dialux lighting calculations, 2D DWG drawings, 3D CAD models, and technical datasheets to support lighting designers and consultants with project submission and approval.
What dimming protocols and electrical controls are supported?
Our luminaires support ON/OFF, TRIAC phase-cut, 0–10V, and DALI / DALI-2 control protocols. Emergency battery backup (3W / 3h) and PIR/microwave motion sensors can also be integrated into selected configurations.
