All custom signage, caution bands, and symbols are UV-printed directly on the inner surface / core, shielded completely inside the hermetically sealed tubular housing. This internal architecture prevents external scratching, high-pressure peeling, and chemical erosion during rigorous washdowns.

All custom text, caution bands, and warning symbols are UV-printed directly on the inner surface or internal optical sleeve. Because the graphics are enclosed completely inside the hermetically sealed housing, they are 100% immune to external scratching, high-pressure jet peeling, abrasive cleaners, and aggressive sanitation chemicals.
We offer custom UV printing across our entire industrial tubular range, including Ø45 mm, Ø70 mm, Ø75 mm, and Ø100 mm diameters in lengths from 600 mm to 1500 mm+. You can choose between Polycarbonate (PC) for IK10 impact resistance, PMMA (Acrylic) for superior optical clarity and ammonia resistance, or Borosilicate Glass for heavy chemical resistance.
The fixtures achieve certified IP67 and IP69K waterproof protection ratings, resisting high-pressure (up to 100 bar) and high-temperature (up to 80°C) steam washdowns. Impact resistance is rated at IK10 for PC profiles and IK07 for Borosilicate Glass / PMMA housings.
