MANI LED tri-proof tubular luminaires are engineered for industrial and infrastructure environments where durability, reliability, and stable performance are critical. The Ø100 mm large-diameter design delivers higher luminous output and stronger visual presence, making it suitable for large-scale applications and demanding operating conditions.
The luminaire features a sealed construction system and a diffuser made from high-quality UV-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring long-term optical stability and mechanical strength. Stainless steel external components (SS304L / SS316L) provide excellent corrosion resistance, supporting reliable operation in environments exposed to moisture, dust, chemicals, or frequent cleaning, including food processing facilities, cold storage areas, and washdown zones.
With IP67 ingress protection, IK10 impact resistance, and luminous efficacy up to 150 lm/W, the luminaire withstands steam, mechanical impact, oils, lubricants, and ammonia vapors, ensuring dependable long-term performance in industrial plants, parking garages, tunnels, logistics centers, and other harsh or hygiene-critical environments.

Efficient Lighting & Visual Comfort
An integrated internal PC cover provides controlled light diffusion and uniform illumination while protecting the LED module for long-term reliability.
The luminaire delivers a 120° wide beam with UGR < 21, achieving 120 lm/W as standard and up to 150 lm/W optional, with a mercury-free LED source rated at 50,000 h (L80 / B10) for stable long-term performance.
High-Efficiency Driver & Electrical Performance
Equipped with Tridonic high-efficiency isolated LED drivers, supporting ON/OFF and dimmable control options, the luminaire delivers flicker-free operation, PF > 0.95, and stable current output, ensuring reliable electrical performance and extended LED service life in demanding applications.
Flexible Wiring & Fast Installation
The product supports optional through-wiring, compatible with 3-core and 5-core through cables, allowing users to select the most suitable wiring solution based on project requirements.
Two wiring options are available:
Cable gland connection – factory pre-wired with integrated power cable, enabling quick installation without internal on-site wiring;
Quick-connect terminal – connection can be completed with the terminal in the open position and supports daisy-chain installation of multiple luminaires, significantly improving installation efficiency and connection reliability.
Smart Control & Emergency Options (Optional)
The luminaire can be equipped with an integrated microwave motion sensor for occupancy-based control, reducing energy consumption. Detection area, hold time, and daylight threshold are adjustable to suit different installation conditions.
Emergency versions with a long-life lithium-ion battery are available, providing up to 3 hours of emergency lighting to support safe illumination of evacuation routes and critical areas during power failure.
