Description
MANI LED tri-proof tubular luminaires are designed for industrial and infrastructure environments where durability, reliability, and stable performance are required. The Ø100 mm large-diameter design provides higher luminous output and is suitable for large-scale applications and demanding operating conditions.
The luminaire features a sealed construction and a UV-resistant polycarbonate housing made from German Bayer raw material, supporting long-term optical stability and mechanical strength. Stainless steel external components in SS304L or SS316L provide corrosion resistance for environments exposed to moisture, dust, chemicals, or frequent cleaning, including food-processing facilities, cold-storage areas, and washdown zones.
With IP67 ingress protection, IK10 impact resistance, and luminous efficacy of up to 150 lm/W, the luminaire is suitable for environments exposed to steam, mechanical impact, oils, lubricants, and ammonia vapors. Typical applications include industrial plants, parking garages, tunnels, logistics centers, and other harsh or hygiene-critical environments.

High Protection Structure & Durable Design
A triple-sealing system with central screw fastening provides IP67 / IP68 ingress protection, ensuring reliable resistance to dust, moisture, and high-pressure washdown.
The co-extruded polycarbonate diffuser and stainless steel components deliver IK10 impact resistance and 960°C glow-wire compliance for long-term mechanical and fire safety.
Designed to withstand chemicals, moisture, and UV exposure, the luminaire ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial, commercial, and agricultural environments.
Efficient Lighting & Visual Comfort
An integrated internal PC cover provides controlled light diffusion and uniform illumination while protecting the LED module for long-term reliability.
The luminaire delivers a 120° wide beam with UGR < 21, achieving 120 lm/W as standard and up to 150 lm/W optional, with a mercury-free LED source rated at 50,000 h (L80 / B10) for stable long-term performance.
High-Efficiency Driver & Electrical Performance
Equipped with Tridonic high-efficiency isolated LED drivers, supporting ON/OFF and dimmable control options, the luminaire delivers flicker-free operation, PF > 0.95, and stable current output, ensuring reliable electrical performance and extended LED service life in demanding applications.
Flexible Wiring & Fast Installation
The product supports optional through-wiring, compatible with 3-core and 5-core through cables, allowing users to select the most suitable wiring solution based on project requirements.
Two wiring options are available:
Cable gland connection – factory pre-wired with integrated power cable, enabling quick installation without internal on-site wiring;
Quick-connect terminal – connection can be completed with the terminal in the open position and supports daisy-chain installation of multiple luminaires, significantly improving installation efficiency and connection reliability.
Smart Control & Emergency Options (Optional)
The luminaire can be equipped with an integrated microwave motion sensor for occupancy-based control, reducing energy consumption. Detection area, hold time, and daylight threshold are adjustable to suit different installation conditions.
Emergency versions with a long-life lithium-ion battery are available, providing up to 3 hours of emergency lighting to support safe illumination of evacuation routes and critical areas during power failure.
