Opaline Spectrum combines transparent tubular construction with configurable colour finishes and single- or double-sided light emission. MANI coordinates fixture dimensions, light distribution, mounting hardware and control options to create a unified lighting system for hospitality, retail, residential and architectural feature spaces.

Transparent Tubular Architecture

A high-transparency tubular housing reveals the internal lighting structure and gives Opaline Spectrum its distinctive visual depth. The luminaire remains visually refined when switched off and becomes a luminous architectural element when illuminated.

Configurable Light Distribution

Single-sided emission provides controlled illumination towards a defined surface or circulation zone. Double-sided emission is available for projects requiring balanced light in two directions or coordinated direct and indirect illumination.

Project-Specific LED Configuration

The linear LED system can be configured around the required output, colour temperature, colour-rendering performance and dimming protocol. Final electrical and photometric parameters are coordinated according to fixture length and project requirements.

Custom Colours & Finish Coordination

Transparent colour effects, metallic components and custom finish combinations allow the luminaire to respond to different interior palettes and brand environments. Project-specific RAL colours and contrasting component finishes can be developed following sample approval.

Flexible Formats & Mounting

Fixture length, orientation, mounting position, bracket arrangement and cable entry can be coordinated for wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted or suspended applications. The same product language can therefore be carried across different architectural zones.

Engineered Tubular Construction

The transparent housing, machined aluminium end components, metal fixing hardware and sealed cable entry are developed as one coordinated assembly. Material and protection specifications can be selected according to the installation environment and verified before production.

Opaline Spectrum adopts high-precision co-extruded clear optical-grade PC/PMMA with an integrated internal diffusion film. Designed to eliminate LED hot spots and secondary refraction, the modular core supports customized internal film textures and multi-angle beam distribution to match OEM/ODM specification requirements.

02 / OPTICAL FILMS & CUSTOM FINISHES

Internal optical layering with factory-grade surface treatment and CNC hardware.

Opaline Spectrum uses optical-grade internal films (clear, tinted, or frosted) insert-molded within a precision tubular extrusion to ensure clean light diffusion and internal color stability. End caps, mounting brackets, and suspension components are precision CNC machined and finished via anodizing, powder coating, or custom RAL color-matching to meet exact engineering drawings.

Designed on a versatile mechanical platform, Opaline Spectrum provides scalable profile diameters and precision-cut lengths up to 3000 mm per single module. Factory-machined mounting brackets, adjustable aircraft cables, and IP-rated quick-connect wiring entries are engineered to streamline field installation across suspended, surface, and multi-run continuous configurations.
