From honeycomb or louvre grille optics to light distribution, profile diameter, finish, mounting hardware and control protocol, every Arno configuration is coordinated to the project requirements. Dimensional review, sample approval and factory inspection support consistent execution from specification through installation.
Dual Glare-Control Optical Grilles
Choose between precision honeycomb mesh for a softer textured glow or linear aluminium louvres for directional cut-off. Both optical grilles shield the LED line source from direct view to reduce glare.
High-Efficiency Linear LED Engine
Integrated linear LED modules provide CRI ≥ 80 as standard (CRI 90 optional) with color consistency within 3 SDCM. Available in standard 2700K to 6000K, Tunable White, and custom dimming setups.
Compact Proportions & Sizing
Standard 300 mm and 400 mm compact formats in Ø70 mm and Ø100 mm profile diameters. Extended lengths and custom dimensions are available following engineering review.
Configurable Light Distribution
Single-sided emission is standard for controlled illumination toward a defined surface or circulation zone. Double-sided emission is available on request for more balanced output across entrances, corridors and open architectural areas.
Flexible Wall & Surface Mounting
Engineered for vertical or horizontal surface wall mounting, ceiling attachment, or wire suspension. Mounting bracket spacing, fixing hardware, and cable entry are coordinated per application.
Sealed IP65 & IK10 Construction
Co-extruded UV-stable polycarbonate or PMMA tubular body paired with CNC-machined aluminium end caps and silicone compression seals. Provides IP65 weather sealing and IK10 impact resistance.
Project-Specific Engineering
Project-based configuration of fixture length, optical grille style, single/double-sided emission, mounting bracket style, and smart control integration (DALI-2, 0–10V, Phase).
Finish & Photometric Approval
Physical prototype samples, powder-coated metal color chips, and configuration-specific IES/LDT photometric files supplied before mass production sign-off.

Arno places a honeycomb mesh or linear louvre grille between the LED source and the viewer, reducing direct source visibility while preserving practical illumination. The two optical patterns give designers a choice between a softer textured glow and a more structured linear appearance.

With Ø70 mm and Ø100 mm profiles and a compact 300 mm standard length, Arno provides a strong visual identity without dominating the surrounding architecture. Its cylindrical form works as an individual wall light or as a repeated element across corridors, entrances and façades.

Arno combines a UV-stable tubular housing with stainless-steel or aluminium end caps, stainless-steel fixing components and a sealed cable entry. The construction is engineered for reliable use across façades, entrances, circulation areas and other exposed or high-traffic locations.
